Sichuan Innovation Research Institute of Tianjin University

On October 27, 2020, theSichuan Innovation Research Institute of Tianjin University was officially established. This institute focuses on aligning with the national strategy of "Western Development" while addressing the economic development needs of Sichuan Province. By leveraging Tianjin University's strengths in science and technology, education, and talent development, the institute aims to contribute to the economic and social progress of Sichuan.

The institute has established five technology R&D centers, developed two public service platforms, and initiated eight active projects.
