Zhong Denghua was born in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province in 1963. He began his professional career in March 1988, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in January 1997, D.E. (Doctor of Engineering), Professor.
He is currently Vice Minister and member of CPC Leading Group of Ministry of Education.
