About the Lecturer: Professor Anthony Welch is currently working at the University of Sydney. He is also invited as a visiting professor in the University of London, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Hiroshima University. His major research area covers the history of education, educational sociology, higher education and comparative education.
