FYG Research Institute Delegation Visits Tianjin University

On the afternoon of May 12, a delegation led by Shen Junlong, Director of the Research Institute of Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. (FYG), visited Tianjin University. Hu Wenping, Executive Vice President of the university, met with the guests for in-depth discussions. The meeting was chaired by Fu Yindan, Executive Deputy Director of the Office of Research.

Hu Wenping extended a warm welcome to the delegation and acknowledged FYG’s longstanding commitment to technological innovation. He emphasized Tianjin University’s dedication to serving national development strategies and advancing cutting-edge science and technology across a broad range of disciplines. He expressed hope that both parties would seize emerging opportunities, deepen their collaboration, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to support high-quality regional development.

Shen Junlong gave an overview of FYG’s current operations and strategic plans. He highlighted the strong synergy between the company’s core business areas and the university’s academic strengths, and expressed interest in expanding cooperation in key research fields to jointly contribute to the national strategy for intelligent technologies.
