Tianjin University has achieved impressive results in the 2024 Tianjin Higher Education Counselors' "Brilliant Lesson" Video Competition, securing several top awards across various categories.
The competition, renowned for fostering innovative educational approaches, recognized the university’s contributions with first-place finishes in the Online Ideological Education and Career Planning tracks. Additionally, it garnered second-place awards in Psychological Health and Group Construction.

Zhang critiqued the oversimplified use of the MBTI personality test among youth, emphasizing the need for a more holistic self-understanding beyond psychological labels.
Xie Shu of the School of Humanities and Arts explored the societal trends of 'involution' and 'lying flat' in his lecture "Navigating Career Changes and National Duties Amidst Social Shifts." He offered insights into how students can balance personal ambitions with societal contributions, encouraging a proactive stance in career planning.
Gu Tianjiao from the Binhai Institute presented "Enjoy the Process of Effort and Continuously Break Through Oneself." Her session focused on the importance of resilience and motivation in overcoming challenges, urging students to value incremental progress and personal development.
Jiao Xuan from the Precision Instrumentation Institute highlighted effective strategies in management within academic settings in her lecture, "Cultivating Model Graduate Party Branches to Carry Forward the Spirit of a Technologically Advanced Nation."
