On September 27, the 2020 National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC) announced the lists of approved projects. Within the 349 approved projects related to law, Professor Wei Jianxin and Associate Professor Xue Yang from the Law School each led a general program of the fund and Dr. Yang Ning’s program was among the Youth Project list.
Professor Wei Jianxin chairs the general projectResearch on the Legal Mechanism of the Construction of National Identity Culture.
Associate Professor Xue Yang heads up the general project Research on the Poly and Strategy of Collaboration, Co-governance, and Common gains of the Legal Construction of Biosecurity in the Holistic View of National Security.
Dr. Yang takes charge of the youth project Research on Criminal Responsibility under the Mode of Shared Autonomy.
During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Tianjin University's Law School has harbored five major projects, two key projects and thirteen general or youth projects under the National Social Science Fund of China.
