4 Ways for More Effective Performance in Exams Shared by a TJU Student

Tianjin university students have initiated taking their exams by the middle of December. Students might have - during such time - common difficulties with regards to the stuff that they need to get done. Alawi Alsaggaf, a first-year student from the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, shares some tips that hopefully will help each other to better cope with exams stress.

1-DETERMINE YOUR PRIORITIES.

One of the biggest mistakes that students usually make is not knowing which helps them the most. Seeking short-term goals and wasting energy by being busy all the time don’t mean that you are making progress. Always keep in mind that whatever the condition is, try not to forget the substance.

2-STUDY AND REMEMBER TO TAKE A REST FOR MORE PRODUCTIVITY.

Unlessyou are fully focused and enjoying what you do you will end up feeling stressful and frustrated. Learning is experiencing. Don’t do something that does not getting you anywhere.

3-MIND MAPS!

Although mind maps are such unique and fundamental ways to organise your thoughts, goals, studies and so on, many students don’t know about it. I recommend you to look it up on the internet and you will find a lot of applications for this method.

4-KEEP YOUR BODY ENERGETIC

Many students tend to ignore their health due to the exams, which is completely a bad idea to adopt. Thirty minutes to one-hour exercising won’t disturb your schedule, but actually it will make you feel more fresh and able to do more things.
