An Invitation to Design Theme Postcards for TJU Crabapple Blossom Festival

TJU’s annual Crabapple Blossom Festival is about to start in April. We invite all teachers, students, friends, and alumni to design theme postcards for this year’s Crabapple Blossom Festival. 

Submission time: 

March 1st, 2018 to March 11th, 2018 

Requirements: 

1. Mandatory elements in the design: TJU badge；the Chinese and English name of the university (Tianjin University; 天津大学 in Chinese )；the cartoon image of the festival mascot “Miss Crabapple（海小棠 in Chinese）; the theme sentence “春回天大看海棠” 

2. The dimensions for the postcard should be 148mm by 100mm, and no less than 300 DPI. 

3. Any usage of the photos from the provided enclosure below should include the photographer’s name. 

4. The postcard can be a design drawing or photographic work. 

5. The postcard is to be submitted to the email address tdhtj2018@163.com in JPEG format. The email letter should also include the designer’s name, affiliations (school or workplace), and contact information. 

6. If the design work includes elements outside of the materials provided in the enclosure, make sure that there is no copyright violation.
