Central South University Alumni Entrepreneurs Visit Tianjin University

On October 18, a delegation of alumni entrepreneurs from Central South University’s Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, led by alumni association vice-chair and executive director & secretary-general Wei Huacheng, visited Tianjin University.

President Chai Liyuan welcomed the guests and introduced recent developments at the university. Accompanied by senior leaders including Executive Vice President Hu Wenping and department heads, the visit included a tour of the university’s technology achievements exhibition and the national energy-storage platform.

President Chai expressed the university’s commitment to deepening industry–academia–research collaboration and accelerating the translation of high-value scientific outcomes to serve high-quality economic and social development. Wei Huacheng expressed gratitude to the university for its warm reception and praised its advances in discipline construction, scientific research and talent cultivation. He encouraged further cooperation with Tianjin University and achieve a win-win outcome for both the university and enterprise partners.
