Professor at KU Leuven University, where he teaches the courses of Architectural History, Bullding Archaeology, and Built Heritage Conservation. He is director of the Advanced Master of Conservation of Monuments and Sites, Raymond Lemaire International Centre for Conservation, and a member of ICOMOS international and ICOMOS ISC PRERICO.
