A new dish “Su Zhu Mo”, a Shaanxi specialty, is now served in the canteen. Made with freshly baked bread and a medley of vegetables, it's an additional winter delight– warm, nutritious, delicious, and satisfying!
Students and staff could be recommenders of the menu of the canteen. “Su Zhu Mo” is recommended by master student Yuan Chenyang from the School of Earth System Science. Chef Wang from Shaanxi province who is working at the Canteen No. 4 on Weijin Road Campus is chosen as the chef of this dish. Come warm up your winter days with a bowl of 'Su Zhu Mo' and enjoy the taste of Shaanxi right here on campus!
