How can we make the chips powering our digital world more reliable and secure?

Meet Jiaji He, Professor and doctoral supervisor at Tianjin University's School of Cybersecurity. His research focuses on integrated circuit analysis and verification, including cryptographic chip design, side-channel analysis and formal verification of hardware circuits.

By developing precise measurement and assessment methods, he is helping improve chip reliability for applications ranging from computing and communications to smart vehicles. He has published more than 60 academic papers in leading journals and conferences, including IEEE TIFS, IEEE TCAD and DAC, and holds over 20 granted invention patents.
