The 4th China Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) Competition wrapped up in Beijing on July 26 under the theme “Brain-Machine Connectivity, Mind-Controlled Everything.” The event brought together innovators from home and abroad, drawing over 320 teams from more than 150 universities, research institutes, and tech companies, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Tianjin University, and the University of Manchester.


Tianjin University delivered a standout performance, securing 18 national awards in total: four Grand Prizes, five First Prizes, five Second Prizes, and four Third or Merit Prizes, placing the university among the top performers nationwide.
